A Yew Tree exhibition never seems quite complete without a new collection of HELEN NOCK’s slate sculpture and outdoor tables in the gardens. Ever inventive and imaginative, Helen has created some dramatic ‘Portals’ this time. Displayed on steel stakes jutting up through shrubs and plants, the glass inlay catches the light which in turn sends coloured reflections across the garden. Tables, stools and Bird baths are sited in different gardens around the gallery, including our new Pond garden where Nicola Henshaw’s trout swim through the reeds and Mike Savage’s metal damsel flies hover above the water.
