Imagery for ELAINE DAY’s silver jewellery arises from her close observation of small woodland animals and birds as well as the wild plants underfoot. Living in the rural Cotswolds she is able to walk out into the local landscape, making sketches along the way of likely subjects for transforming into rings, pendants, earrings and brooches.
