Millinery is LOU POCOCK’s main profession.  Her hats are frequently adorned with textile flowers made from painted silk, felt, leather and feathers, and this skill she has turned into creating brooches in a similar way.  Using traditional techniques, she combines these with contemporary approaches, resulting in sustainable, lifelike, fantastical or stylised designs.
