Many-faceted artist GUY ROYLE is well known as a silversmith and jeweller whose finely incised and gold-adorned jewellery is frequently shown in Yew Tree exhibitions. However, for ‘FAVOURITE THINGS’ we are also exhibiting his delicate woodcut prints on Japanese paper and a collection of bronze and mixed metal sculpture depicting various stylised Greek goddesses and a spectacular ‘Green Man’ – symbol of rebirth As finely incised as his jewellery, these two dimensional sculptures are worked on the reverse too.
